Juicy and flavorful chicken skewers coated in a garlic parmesan butter sauce, perfect for grilling or cozy nights in.
Ingredients
- 2 lbs chicken tenders (thighs or breast)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 stick butter
- 8–10 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1/2 cup parmesan (grated)
- 1 tbsp hot sauce (more if desired)
- 2 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1/3 cup fresh parsley (minced)
- 1 tbsp dry ranch seasoning
- 1 tsp dried dill
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1.5 tbsp dry ranch seasoning
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
Instructions
- Cut the chicken tenders into even bite-sized pieces.
- Toss them in a bowl with olive oil, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Thread the coated chicken pieces onto skewers, soaking wooden skewers if necessary.
- Melt the butter in a small saucepan over low heat, then sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
- Stir in the parmesan, hot sauce, red pepper flakes, paprika, and parsley until combined.
- Grill the chicken skewers over medium heat for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Drizzle the garlic parmesan butter sauce over the skewers before serving.
Notes
Marinate the chicken and prepare the skewers a day in advance. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
