Description

Juicy and flavorful chicken skewers coated in a garlic parmesan butter sauce, perfect for grilling or cozy nights in.


Ingredients

  • 2 lbs chicken tenders (thighs or breast)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 stick butter
  • 810 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1/2 cup parmesan (grated)
  • 1 tbsp hot sauce (more if desired)
  • 2 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1/3 cup fresh parsley (minced)
  • 1 tbsp dry ranch seasoning
  • 1 tsp dried dill
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1.5 tbsp dry ranch seasoning
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper

Instructions

  1. Cut the chicken tenders into even bite-sized pieces.
  2. Toss them in a bowl with olive oil, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Thread the coated chicken pieces onto skewers, soaking wooden skewers if necessary.
  4. Melt the butter in a small saucepan over low heat, then sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
  5. Stir in the parmesan, hot sauce, red pepper flakes, paprika, and parsley until combined.
  6. Grill the chicken skewers over medium heat for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  7. Drizzle the garlic parmesan butter sauce over the skewers before serving.

Notes

Marinate the chicken and prepare the skewers a day in advance. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
