Ingredients
- 1 cup milk (whole, almond, or oat)
- ½ cup heavy cream (or coconut cream for dairy-free)
- 2 tablespoons pumpkin puree
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup (or sweetener of choice)
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Prepare the Pumpkin Mixture:
- In a small saucepan, combine pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice, and maple syrup. Heat over medium-low, whisking until warm and fragrant (about 2 minutes).
- Add Milk and Cream:
- Gradually whisk in milk and heavy cream. Heat over medium-low, stirring until the mixture begins to steam (do not boil).
- Blend and Add Vanilla:
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract. For a smooth texture, strain the creamer through a fine-mesh sieve.
- Store and Serve:
- Transfer to an airtight container or jar and refrigerate for up to 5–7 days. Shake well before each use.
