Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk (whole, almond, or oat)
  • ½ cup heavy cream (or coconut cream for dairy-free)
  • 2 tablespoons pumpkin puree
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup (or sweetener of choice)
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Prepare the Pumpkin Mixture:
    • In a small saucepan, combine pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice, and maple syrup. Heat over medium-low, whisking until warm and fragrant (about 2 minutes).
  • Add Milk and Cream:
    • Gradually whisk in milk and heavy cream. Heat over medium-low, stirring until the mixture begins to steam (do not boil).
  • Blend and Add Vanilla:
    • Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract. For a smooth texture, strain the creamer through a fine-mesh sieve.
  • Store and Serve:
    • Transfer to an airtight container or jar and refrigerate for up to 5–7 days. Shake well before each use.

Notes

Use a milk frother to create a coffeehouse-style latte.

Adjust sweetness and spice levels to taste.
