- 4 frozen chicken breasts
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup chicken broth
Instructions
Prepare the Slow Cooker:
Place the frozen chicken breasts in the bottom of the slow cooker.
Add the Ingredients:
Sprinkle the ranch seasoning mix over the chicken. Add the softened cream cheese on top. Pour the chicken broth around the chicken.
Cook:
Cover and cook on low for 6–8 hours or on high for 4–5 hours.
Shred and Serve:
Once cooked, shred the chicken using two forks. Stir to combine the chicken, broth, and cream cheese into a creamy sauce. Serve over your favorite side dish.
