- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- ⅓ cup ketchup (plus extra for topping)
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
Instructions
Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet or grease a loaf pan.
Mix Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, eggs, milk, onion, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Mix until just combined.
Shape the Loaf: Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking sheet or loaf pan. Shape into a loaf.
Add Topping: Spread ketchup over the top for a classic glaze.
Bake: Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
