Ingredients

1.5 lbs sirloin or ribeye steak tips, cut into bite-sized pieces

12 oz rigatoni pasta

2 tbsp butter

1.5 cups heavy cream

0.5 cup whole milk

4 oz cream cheese, softened

1.25 cups freshly grated Parmesan cheese

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

1. Cook the rigatoni pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

2. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium-high heat. Add the steak tips and season with Cajun seasoning. Cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.

3. Reduce the heat to medium-low, and add the heavy cream and whole milk to the skillet. Stir to combine.

4. Add the cream cheese and whisk until melted and smooth.

5. Gradually stir in the Parmesan cheese until well incorporated.

6. Add the cooked rigatoni to the skillet and toss to coat the pasta in the sauce.

7. Stir in the mozzarella cheese and cook until melted.

8. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

Ingredient Notes: Key ingredients like heavy cream and Parmesan cheese are essential for creating the rich, creamy sauce that makes this dish stand out. Heavy cream adds a luxurious texture, while freshly grated Parmesan cheese provides a bold flavor that enhances every bite.

Pro-Tips: For the best results, use fresh steak and freshly grated cheeses to elevate the flavor. Be careful not to overcook the steak tips so they remain tender and juicy. Feel free to adjust the amount of Cajun seasoning to suit your taste.
