Ingredients
1 cup cottage cheese
2 large eggs
½ cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
¼ cup honey or maple syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon cinnamon
½ teaspoon baking powder
1 cup rolled oats
1 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a small baking dish.
Whisk together cottage cheese, eggs, milk, honey, and vanilla until smooth.
